Vyze-Link hopes that you will be satisfied with your product after receiving the package. However, if for any reason you decide to return a item that you purchased from our site, you must notify Vyze-Link and return the item to us within thirty (30) days from the date we approve your return request. Vyze-Link will not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.
Besides, Vyze-Link will not accept a return request if the product:
- is not purchased from our website;
- is not the original item you purchased;
- is returned from outside of the country where the product was originally shipped to by Vyze-Link;
- is not what has appeared on our website.
Vyze-Link provides two-year(2-year) warranty for each product sold on our site from the date you purchased.
Warranty Does Not Cover Below Situations:
- Productexpired itswarranty period;
- Free products;
- Product is Lost or stolen;
- Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase);
- Damage from misuse of products (includingbut not limited to falls, extreme temperatures, extreme weathers, ingress of water, operating products improperly)
- Purchases from other resources(off our site);
- Repairs through 3rd parties.
Cancellation of Your Order
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped, but we cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return request, please note that the return window will last 30 days from the date you received the product. We cannot offer you a refund or resend service after the return window is closed.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
After you submitted a return request, we will approve the request and provide you with return instructions at the same time. You will need to return back the item to the address specified in the return instructions.
For quality related returns, we will bear the return shipping cost, and will give you a prepaid shipping label to return back the product to us. Once we receive the item you returned, we will notify you of the approval of your refund via email. The refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Note: refund processing time may vary due to different payment methods.
